The shooter in the Wisconsin massacre that left seven people dead, including himself, was a white supremacist, according to the authorities that are investigating the massacre.

he was discharged from the Army and apparently was a welder at the time of the shooting.

Seven people were killed at the Temple in Oak Creek, a suburb of Milwaukee in Wisconsin.

The shooter confronted police as they arrived on the scene Sunday morning. Page made eight shots point blank against a 51 year old officer, who is in critical condition at a local hospital.

The shooting stunned a nation already in shock for the massacre in the movie theater in Aurora, Colorado, where 12 people were killed by a gunman entered the place armed to the teeth. He was arrested on the spot and is awaiting trial.
