The government plans to limit the exposure of the female body in ads and telenovelas.
President Evo Morales, promoted a bill to restrict telenovelas that display erotic content because they are considered "offensive" to minors.
First of all it does not matter if a minor watches a novela with sexy scenes or not - along the road they will be expose to such content. Its happens to be everywhere.
Morales clarified that the prohibition would forbid billboards advertisement and telenovelas from having semi-naked women with erotic scenes.
Bolivia's government seems to be going back into time becoming closed minded, as they focuse on the topics that do not agree with their morals.
Banning nudity in advertising and telenovelas in not going to improve the country- people are going to rebel against it. The government should invest their time educating their people, not trying to censor them.
